Coagulants
Coag Plus is a powderfree additive for coagulant systems, providing complete wetting and mold release for latex dipped goods. Use a small dosage of Coag Plus to water, or alcohol, followed by addition of calcium nitrate, and the bath is ready for use. It can be purchased in 5 gallon pails, or more economical 55 gallon drums.
Properties:
Can be used in either water or alcohol.
May not require heating of solution for use.
Available in either hydrogel or dispersion.
Can be stored at ambient temperatures.
Shelf life is one year or more.
Spillage dries quickly when exposed to air.
Consistent form cleaning is recommended.
